Private coaching sessions typically last around 60 minutes, while group coaching sessions may range from 45 to 60 minutes. What Qualifications and Certifications do Your Coaches Have?

Our coaches are highly qualified and certified professionals under ISSA. Coach Conriquez, the lead coach, has a background in collegiate and professional baseball and is certified as a strength and conditioning coach. Additionally, he is certified as a coach for Overtime Athletes. Our team is dedicated to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry practices.
