At CC Performance, our expertise lies in the realm of strength and conditioning. We understand the immense value that strength training holds and the specific type of strength required to propel athletes to the next level. However, it is important for athletes to remember that they are still engaged in a sport, and thus their focus on strength needs to encompass a sport-specific strength program. Our aim is not solely to increase their absolute strength but also to enhance their overall athleticism. Strength, in this context, encompasses various elements, such as adding plates to their bench press, squatting twice their body weight, and safely and effectively deadlifting weights exceeding 400 lbs. We prioritize a comprehensive approach that not only enhances their raw strength but also translates it into improved performance within their respective sports.
